Frequently asked questions
Is the booking fee refundable?
The booking fee is refundable under the cancellation policy: cancel more than 7 days before your rental starts and we refund 100%; 7 days or less before the start (and no-shows) — no refund. Details in §5 of the rental terms.
What's included in the rental price?
Helmet, lock and charger are always included. Every bike is serviced before each rental. GPS trail maps and a phone mount with USB-C charging are included too.
How much is the deposit?
The refundable deposit is 500 PLN per bike. It's taken at pick-up in cash only. It's returned in cash right after the return inspection, if the bike comes back undamaged (§4 of the rental terms).
Can I rent a bike without an account?
Yes. Booking doesn't require an account. We just need your first name, last name, phone and email. You can check your booking status at /rezerwacja/[code].
How do I pay for the booking?
Online: card or BLIK (Stripe Payment Element). Bank transfer is also possible — we'll send the details by email. The remaining days are paid at pick-up in cash or by transfer; the deposit is cash only.
Can a child ride with a parent?
Yes — as a group booking. The contract is signed by the adult renter (parent/guardian), who takes full responsibility for everyone on the trip, including minors. A minor must be at least 12; we don't stock kids' bikes, so fitting the bike to the child is the parent's call. A child aged 12–18 riding on a public road must hold a cycling permit (karta rowerowa). Details in §6 of the rental terms. We also offer child trailers (only with CUBE Easy Access frames).
What happens at pick-up?
Pick-up from 08:00. The operator checks your ID and runs through the Pick-up Protocol — a short bike walk-around together with you. Signing the protocol confirms the bike was handed over in working order.
By what time do I need to return the bike?
Bikes must be returned by 20:00 on the last day of the rental. Each started hour after that is charged at 50 PLN/h.
What happens if the bike breaks down?
If something fails through no fault of yours, please call us straight away: +48 573 403 438. We can't guarantee on-trail service or a replacement bike, but where possible we'll help remotely or swap the bike at our base. You don't pay for repairs of faults caused by normal use; if a failure makes the bike unrideable, you're entitled to a proportional price reduction for the time you couldn't ride (§10 of the rental terms).
Can I extend the rental?
Yes, if the bike is available. Call or email us by the evening before your planned return at the latest. We'll do our best to make it work.
Rental terms
Version 1.0 · effective from 1 May 2026
§1 General provisions
- These Rental Terms set out the conditions on which VLKDATA Paweł Wilk (NIP 9491955166), trading as WILK JURA ADVENTURE, with its registered office at ul. Jodłowa 1, 42-256 Olsztyn Jurajski (hereinafter the «Hire Company»), provides electric bicycle (e-MTB) hire services.
- By proceeding with a booking the Customer confirms that they have read and accept these Rental Terms.
- The Hire Company operates during the 2026 season, between 08:00 and 20:00.
- The hire agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the Hire Company.
§2 Booking
- A booking may be made through the website booking form, by telephone or in person.
- An online booking is confirmed upon payment of the Booking Fee by payment card or BLIK through the Stripe platform, or by bank transfer within the deadline indicated in the confirmation e-mail.
- The Booking Fee covers the first day of hire of each booked bicycle together with the accessories booked for the first day. The booking confirmation and the accounting document set out the detailed components of the price (bicycles, accessories, days).
- The Booking Fee constitutes consideration for reserving the equipment and the specified hire period (a recreational service provided for a fixed period). It is not earnest money (zadatek) within the meaning of Article 394 of the Civil Code (Kodeksu cywilnego). The Booking Fee is not non-refundable — it shall be refunded solely on the terms set out in §5.
- Given the nature of the service (hire for a fixed period), a Customer who is a Consumer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days (Article 38(1)(12) of the Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta) of 30 May 2014). The Customer shall make a separate declaration to that effect prior to conclusion of the contract. The cancellation rules are set out in §5.
- The booking code follows the format WJA-2026-XXXXXX and serves as the basis for identifying the Customer at pick-up.
- The Hire Company reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of non-payment or unavailability of the equipment for reasons beyond its control, refunding the Customer the full amount paid.
- On collection of the equipment the Customer shall present a photographic identity document (national ID card, passport, driving licence or residence permit). The Hire Company shall record the type and number of the document on the hire agreement — this is a condition for release of the bicycles. A refusal to present the document may result in the collection of a double Deposit or in a refusal to release the equipment.
§3 Prices and payments
- All prices are stated in Polish złoty (PLN) on a VAT-inclusive basis. The price list is published on the Hire Company website and forms an integral part of these Rental Terms.
- The Booking Fee (the first day of hire together with the accessories booked for the first day) is collected at the time of the online booking. The remaining amount (the subsequent days of hire together with the accessories for those days) is payable on collection of the bicycles — in cash or by bank transfer.
- A refundable Deposit of 500 PLN per bicycle is collected on pick-up in cash only and settled in accordance with §4.
- The Hire Company shall issue confirmation of payment in electronic form to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
§4 Deposit and settlement
- The refundable Deposit is 500 PLN per hired bicycle, bears no interest, and is collected in cash only on pick-up.
- The Deposit shall be returned in cash immediately upon completion of the procedure (signature of the Return Protocol), once the equipment has been returned without damage and there is no basis for the additional charges set out in §9.
- In the event that damage is identified or reasonably suspected, or that there is a basis for the charges set out in §9, the Hire Company shall retain a corresponding portion of the Deposit pending settlement. The Hire Company shall inform the Customer of any damage identified and of any known deductions within 24 hours of return of the equipment, and of the final amount of repair costs requiring a service-centre valuation — within 3 business days of return. The Customer may dispute any deduction within 14 days of receipt of the final settlement information.
- Deductions from the Deposit are made by way of a set-off declaration (Articles 498–499 of the Civil Code). The total amount of deductions shall not exceed the amount of the Deposit paid. Any claims exceeding the Deposit shall be issued as a separate invoice.
§5 Booking cancellation and refunds
- The Customer may cancel a booking without giving any reason by submitting an appropriate declaration electronically to rezerwacje@wilkjuraadventure.pl or by telephone.
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the hire start date: a 100% refund of the Booking Fee.
- Cancellation 7 days or fewer before the hire start date, as well as a no-show (failure to collect the bicycle): no refund of the Booking Fee.
- The refund shall be made by the same method as the original payment, within 14 business days of the date of cancellation.
§6 Hirer age, group hire and minor Participants
- The Hirer (as a party to the contract) may only be an adult who has reached the age of 18 and has full legal capacity. The Hire Company shall verify age on the basis of the identity document at pick-up and shall refuse to release the equipment if this condition is not met.
- Under a single contract (group hire) the Hirer may hire bicycles for a larger number of persons (Participants). The Hirer remains the sole party to the contract and bears full material liability for all hired equipment and for the acts and omissions of all Participants, including minor Participants (Article 474 of the Civil Code).
- A Participant may be a minor who has reached the age of 12, provided that the Hirer is their parent or legal guardian, or holds the consent of their statutory representative. By making the booking, the Hirer declares that this condition is satisfied and accepts full responsibility for the safety and conduct of minor Participants.
- The Hire Company does not stock children’s bicycles. The decision whether the height, fitness and aptitude of a minor Participant permit them safely to use a bicycle in the available size is taken solely by the parent or legal guardian of the Participant; by making the booking, the Hirer declares that they have made such an assessment and bears full responsibility for it. The Hire Company is not obliged to assess the suitability of the equipment for the Participant; it nevertheless reserves the right to refuse to release a bicycle in the event of an obvious safety risk, in which case the matter shall be settled in accordance with §5.
- A minor Participant aged 12–18 riding a bicycle on a public road must hold a cycling permit (Polish: karta rowerowa). The Hirer declares in the booking that every such Participant holds the required permit; liability for the truthfulness of this declaration rests with the Hirer.
- The use of a cycling helmet is a mandatory condition for release and use of the equipment by all persons. The Hire Company provides a helmet within the price of the hire. The Hirer and Participants may use their own helmets meeting the applicable safety standards — at their own responsibility as to their condition and fit. Riding without a helmet constitutes a breach of these Rental Terms and excludes the Hire Company’s liability for the consequences of such a breach.
- The Hirer declares that they have informed all Participants, and in the case of minors — their statutory representatives, of the content of these Rental Terms and of the Privacy Policy.
- The declarations referred to in this paragraph are made by the Hirer through acceptance of these Rental Terms and completion of the booking. The Hire Company does not require their separate written confirmation and does not verify any documents (in particular, the written consent of the statutory representative or the cycling permit); full responsibility for the truthfulness of these declarations rests with the Hirer.
§7 Collection of the bicycles — Pick-up Protocol
- Collection of the bicycles takes place between 08:00 and 20:00 at ul. Jodłowa 1, 42-256 Olsztyn Jurajski.
- The conditions for release of a bicycle are: presentation of an identity document, payment of the full hire amount for all days (other than the Booking Fee), and payment of the Deposit in cash.
- Before release, the Customer and the operator shall jointly inspect the technical and visual condition of the bicycle and confirm it in the Pick-up Protocol. Signature of the protocol by the Customer constitutes confirmation that the equipment has been received in the condition described.
- The Hirer declares that they and the Participants are in a state of health and fitness enabling them safely to ride an electric bicycle, that they have no contraindications to cycling, and that they are familiar with the operation of the pedal-assist motor.
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. In the event of reasonable suspicion the Hire Company may refuse to release the equipment or terminate the contract with immediate effect, with no refund of the fee.
- The bicycle shall be used in accordance with its intended purpose and the road traffic regulations, solely on roads and trails on which cycling is permitted. Entry onto areas where cycling is prohibited, including the protected areas of the Kraków-Częstochowa Jura, is prohibited; any fines or penalties shall be borne by the Hirer. The bicycle shall not be made available to persons outside the booking. The Hirer bears sole responsibility for any consequences of making the bicycle available to a person outside the booking; the Hire Company shall not be liable in this respect.
- In the event of theft the Customer shall without undue delay notify the Hire Company (tel. +48 573 403 438) and the Police and provide the theft report number.
- The Customer bears material liability for damage caused through their fault, including destruction or loss of the bicycle, in an amount corresponding to the loss suffered by the Hire Company.
§8 Return of the bicycles — Return Protocol
- The bicycles shall be returned no later than 20:00 on the last day of hire at ul. Jodłowa 1, 42-256 Olsztyn Jurajski.
- Before accepting the return, the operator carries out the Return Protocol: an inspection of the technical condition, cleanliness, battery charge level and completeness of equipment.
- A late return (after 20:00) shall result in a charge of 50 PLN for each started hour of delay.
- In the event of inability to return the bicycles on time, the Customer shall without undue delay contact the Hire Company on +48 573 403 438.
- Within 24 hours of return, the Hire Company shall provide the Customer with information about any damage identified during the Return Protocol.
§9 Additional charges
- Late return: 50 PLN for each started hour of return after 20:00 on the last day of hire.
- Battery: please return the electric bicycle with at least one bar of charge remaining. Regularly discharging lithium-ion cells to zero shortens their service life and reduces range on subsequent hires — for that reason we charge 50 PLN for a return with a practically flat battery (below one bar of charge). Thank you for taking care of the equipment.
- Heavily soiled bicycle: 50 PLN for washing a bicycle requiring professional cleaning.
- Repair and parts replacement costs: the actual repair cost as valued by the service centre; the Customer shall be informed of the valuation within 3 business days of return (the time required for the service-centre assessment).
- Loss of or damage to equipment (helmet, charger): the cost of purchasing new equipment at market prices.
§10 Equipment fault during the hire
- In the event of a breakdown or damage to the bicycle during the hire, the Hirer shall without undue delay notify the Hire Company by telephone (+48 573 403 438) and cease using the faulty equipment.
- The Hire Company does not guarantee on-site servicing or a replacement bicycle and is under no obligation to travel to the place of the breakdown; it shall, so far as practicable, provide remote assistance, travel to the place of the breakdown, or make a replacement bicycle available at the pick-up point.
- If the breakdown did not arise through the fault of the Hirer or a Participant and prevents further use of the bicycle, the Hirer shall be entitled solely to a proportionate reduction of the hire price for the unused period. The Hire Company shall not be liable for loss of profits, transport costs, changes of plan or other indirect losses.
- The Hirer is responsible for securing the bicycle against further damage or loss and, as a general rule, for its transport to the return point. The Hire Company shall nevertheless make every effort to assist with the collection or transport of the faulty bicycle and to agree the most convenient solution with the Hirer.
§11 Liability and complaints
- The Hire Company is responsible for releasing equipment that is technically sound and complete and for damage caused through its fault, including damage arising from technical defects in the equipment. The Hire Company shall not be liable for damage to person or property of the Hirer or the Participants arising from circumstances on their side, in particular: failure to comply with the rules of safe riding or with road traffic regulations, use of the bicycle contrary to its intended purpose or to these Rental Terms, riding without a helmet, riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs, lack of the required permits, or entrusting the bicycle to an unauthorised person. This provision does not exclude or limit any liability which under mandatory provisions of law cannot be excluded, including liability for damage to person and for damage caused intentionally.
- The Hire Company warrants that the bicycles are technically sound and equipped with the required accessories before each hire. The technical condition and completeness of the equipment are confirmed by the Hirer on signature of the Pick-up Protocol (§7).
- Complaints concerning the condition of the equipment shall be reported without undue delay, and in any event before the start of the ride. Complaints concerning technical condition reported after release of the bicycle shall be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Service complaints may be submitted electronically to rezerwacje@wilkjuraadventure.pl. The Hire Company shall respond to a complaint within 14 business days.
- In matters not regulated by these Rental Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- The competent court for dispute resolution is the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Hire Company, subject to consumers’ rights to choose the court of general jurisdiction.
§12 Consumer information
- Main characteristics of the service: short-term hire of electric bicycles (e-MTB) together with accessories, for a fixed period, at ul. Jodłowa 1, 42-256 Olsztyn Jurajski.
- The total price includes the fee for all days of hire and any accessories; the refundable Deposit also remains payable on pick-up. All amounts are stated in PLN on a VAT-inclusive basis. The manner and time of payment are set out in §3.
- The duration of the contract corresponds to the booked hire period.
- Given the nature of the service (hire for a fixed period), the right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days does not apply (Article 38(1)(12) of the Consumer Rights Act); the cancellation rules are set out in §5.
- The procedure for submitting and considering complaints is set out in §11. The trader is VLKDATA Paweł Wilk, NIP 9491955166, ul. Jodłowa 1, 42-256 Olsztyn Jurajski, e-mail rezerwacje@wilkjuraadventure.pl, tel. +48 573 403 438.

- The Hire Company records the type and number of the Customer’s identity document on the hire agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of the contract). This is ordinary data within the meaning of the GDPR (it does not fall within the scope of Article 9). Document data are retained for 5 years from the end of the contract (the Accounting Act (Ustawa o rachunkowości)).
§14 Final provisions
- These Rental Terms enter into force on 1 May 2026 and remain in force throughout the 2026 season.
- The Hire Company reserves the right to amend these Rental Terms. Customers with active bookings shall be informed of any changes by electronic means. An amendment to these Rental Terms shall not apply to bookings made before the date on which the amendment enters into force.
- In matters not regulated by these Rental Terms, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) shall apply.

1. Controller and contact for data protection matters
- The controller of your personal data is VLKDATA Paweł Wilk (NIP 9491955166), with its registered office at ul. Jodłowa 1, 42-256 Olsztyn Jurajski, operating the e-bike rental WILK JURA ADVENTURE (hereinafter the «Controller» or the «Hire Company»).
- For all matters concerning your personal data and the exercise of the rights described in this Policy, you may contact the Controller: e-mail rezerwacje@wilkjuraadventure.pl, telephone +48 573 403 438, or in writing at the registered office address.
- The Controller is not required to appoint a data protection officer (DPO) within the meaning of Article 37 GDPR and has not appointed one. The Controller acts directly as the point of contact for data matters at the details given above.
- This Policy sets out the rules for processing personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act (Ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych) of 10 May 2018, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services (Ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną) of 18 July 2002, and the Telecommunications Law (Prawo telekomunikacyjne) of 16 July 2004 (from 10 November 2024 — the Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej)) in respect of cookies.
2. Sources of data and categories of data processed
- Most data we receive directly from you — when making a booking, by e-mail or telephone contact, through the contact form, and on collection and return of the bicycle.
- In the case of a group booking, the data of fellow Participants (first name, last name, date of birth, telephone) are provided by the person making the booking. That person declares that they are entitled to provide those data and that they have informed the fellow Participants of the processing of data on the terms set out in this Policy (Article 14 GDPR).
- Identification and contact data: first name, last name, address of residence (including postal code), date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number.
- We do not record the Hirer’s identity as a number: we do not collect or store the PESEL number or any identity document number. Identity is verified solely visually by staff at pick-up, on the basis of the document presented (details in point 4).
- Hire agreement data: dates, selected bicycles and accessories, booking code, type of booking (individual / group), pick-up and return protocols, the content of the contract (PDF).
- Settlement and payment data: hire and Deposit amounts, deductions, data for the accounting document, and the data of the transaction processed by the payment provider (the Hire Company does not store full payment card data).
- Damage data: description and photographic documentation of damage, repair costs — processed if they arise.
- Technical data: the e-mail address linked to the account automatically created in the authentication system, which enables you to check the status of your booking, and cookie data (point 11).
- Correspondence: the content of messages sent through the contact form or by e-mail.
- Newsletter data (if you subscribe to the newsletter): the e-mail address and a record of consent given and confirmed (the date consent was given and its confirmation status).
- We do not process special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR) or data relating to criminal convictions; data relating to any theft are transferred solely to law enforcement authorities.
3. Purposes, legal bases and retention periods
- Conclusion and performance of the bicycle hire agreement (booking, pick-up, return, Deposit settlement) — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data are retained for the duration of the contract.
- Compliance with legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting obligations (issuing and retaining accounting documents) — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with the Accounting Act (Ustawa o rachunkowości) and the Tax Ordinance Act (Ordynacja podatkowa). Accounting documents are retained for 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose.
- Establishment, pursuit or defence of claims (e.g. damage, late return, theft) — legitimate interest of the Controller, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data are retained until the expiry of the limitation periods for claims (as a rule up to 3 years for claims arising from business activity, and otherwise up to 6 years — counted to the end of the calendar year), and damage data until full settlement.
- Cooperation with public authorities (e.g. reporting theft to the Police, requests from authorised bodies and courts) — Article 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR.
- Handling enquiries sent through the contact form or by e-mail — legitimate interest of the Controller in providing a reply, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Correspondence is retained until the matter is closed and then for a maximum of 12 months, unless it becomes evidence in a claim.
- Sending transactional notifications relating to the booking (confirmations, invoice, Deposit return information) — Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR; this forms part of the performance of the contract and is not marketing.
- Sending the newsletter (information about the season, new routes and offers) to the e-mail address you provide — on the basis of your freely given consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Article 10 of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services. Sign-up uses a double opt-in model: after you submit the form we send a confirmation link, and you are added to the mailing list only once you click it. You may withdraw consent at any time — via the «unsubscribe» link in every message or by contacting the Controller — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. We retain the e-mail address and the date consent was given until consent is withdrawn or you unsubscribe.
- Other processing based on consent (e.g. cookies other than essential ones) — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; until consent is withdrawn (see point 11).
- Ensuring the security of the service and preventing abuse — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Identity verification at pick-up
- We do not collect, transmit to our systems or store the PESEL number or the number of a national ID card or passport — neither of the Hirer nor of fellow Participants. This is a deliberate application of the data minimisation principle (Article 5(1)(c) GDPR).
- The Hirer’s identity is verified solely visually by staff at pick-up: staff compare the identity document presented against the booking data and confirm that the Hirer is of full age. The document number is not written down or recorded in any form. The condition for release of the bicycle is presentation of the document for inspection (§6 and §7 of the Rental Terms).
5. Recipients of data and processors
- Data may be entrusted to or shared with the following categories of recipients, solely to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes:
- the provider of database, authentication and file storage infrastructure (Supabase, Ireland / EU) — on the basis of a data processing agreement;
- the provider of hosting and CDN infrastructure (Vercel, Delaware, USA — DPA based on SCCs, Article 46 GDPR);
- the payment provider handling card and BLIK payments (Stripe, Ireland / EU) — in respect of payment transaction data;
- the e-mail delivery service provider (Resend, Delaware, USA — DPA based on SCCs, Article 46 GDPR) — in respect of data necessary to deliver notifications;
- the bot protection provider (Cloudflare Turnstile, global — EU adequacy) — in respect of the technical signals needed to secure forms;
- the accounting office and advisers (e.g. legal advisers, the bicycle service centre valuing repair costs) — to the extent necessary;
- authorities and entities authorised on the basis of legal provisions (e.g. the Police, courts, tax authorities), when they make such a request or when the transfer is required by law.
- Data processing agreements meeting the requirements of Article 28 GDPR have been concluded with processors acting on behalf of the Controller.
6. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area
- Some service providers (including the payment provider, the e-mail provider and the infrastructure provider) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
- Such transfers take place with the safeguards required by the GDPR, namely on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR) or the recipient’s participation in the Data Privacy Framework (an adequacy decision in respect of entities certified in the USA).
- A copy of the safeguards applied or information on where they are made available can be obtained by contacting the Controller at rezerwacje@wilkjuraadventure.pl.
7. Your rights
- You have the right: of access to your data and to obtain a copy of them (Article 15), to rectification (Article 16), to erasure (Article 17 — subject to data we are required to retain on the basis of law), to restriction of processing (Article 18) and to data portability (Article 20 — in respect of data processed on the basis of consent or a contract in an automated manner).
- You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR) — for reasons connected with your particular situation.
- Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal (Article 7(3) GDPR).
- Requests should be sent to: rezerwacje@wilkjuraadventure.pl. We shall respond without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request; where necessary, that period may be extended by a further two months, of which we shall inform you (Article 12(3) GDPR).
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
8. Voluntariness of providing data
- The provision of data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the hire agreement. Failure to provide identification and contact data prevents the booking from being processed. The release of a bicycle is additionally conditional on presentation of an identity document for inspection at pick-up — the document number is not written down or recorded.
- In the case of the contact form, the provision of first name, last name and e-mail address is necessary in order to reply.
9. Profiling and automated decision-making
- The Controller does not take decisions in relation to data subjects that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and which would produce legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affect them (Article 22 GDPR).
- The mechanism for checking availability and locking bicycles operates according to the rules of an availability calendar and does not constitute the profiling of individuals.
10. Data security
- We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to ensure data security (Article 32 GDPR), in particular: limiting access to data to authorised persons only, separating private file resources (damage documentation, contracts) accessed through time-limited signed links, and encryption of transmission (TLS).
11. Cookies and similar technologies
- We divide cookies and data stored in the browser into three categories: essential, analytical and marketing.
- Essential — required for the proper operation of the service: the authentication session cookie (Supabase Auth) used in the administrative area and the marker recording your cookie decision (stored in the browser’s local storage). The legal basis is Article 173(3) of the Telecommunications Law (consent is not required for essential cookies) in conjunction with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The consent marker is retained for up to 12 months or until it is deleted.
- Analytical — used to measure traffic and produce statistics. We do not use them at present; their possible introduction will take place solely after obtaining your consent (Article 173(1) of the Telecommunications Law, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Marketing — used to present advertising and for remarketing. We do not use them at present; their possible introduction will take place solely after obtaining your consent.
- Consent to cookies other than essential ones, where introduced, may be withdrawn at any time, and the settings and deletion of cookies are managed in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may limit the functionality of the service.
- Electronic communication and the sending of transactional notifications take place in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
You may at any time change or withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies: .
12. Changes to the Privacy Policy
- This Policy may be updated in the event of changes to legal provisions or to the manner in which data are processed. The current version is always published in this location, together with the version number and the effective date.
- Customers with active bookings shall additionally be informed of material changes by electronic means.
